Enjoy these refreshing golden milk healthy popsicles, which are packed with anti-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric and ginger. Makes 6-8 popsicles, depending on the size of your molds.
Add all ingredients to a small blender and mix until combined well (coconut cream may separate at first-- just continue to blend until smooth).
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours. Best if chilled overnight.
Notes
Run popsicles molds under warm water momentarily, to remove popsicles easily.
To spice these up a bit, add a dash of cayenne pepper for a kick.
If you can't find coconut cream, a can of full fat coconut milk will do.
Don't like coconut? Try substituting with another dairy free milk of choice, such as oat, almond, or soy. Just keep in mind that it may not be as creamy.
If you don't have fresh ginger, using 1 teaspoon of ground ginger will work, but fresh is best.
